CROOKSTON 18-YEAR-OLD, 3 JUVENILE MALES INVOLVED IN ONE-VEHICLE ROLLOVER SATURDAY

At approximately 10:07 pm on Saturday, April 10, the Crookston Police Department responded to Myrtle Street for a report of a one-vehicle rollover accident. 

Upon arrival, Officers located an unoccupied 1998 GMC Jimmy that had sustained extensive damage.  Witness statements indicated the vehicle was observed traveling at a high rate of speed traveling northbound on Myrtle Street.  The vehicle left the roadway, entered Wildwood Park, and rolled over.  Several individuals were observed running from the scene of the accident.  It was later determined that the vehicle was occupied by three juvenile males, 16 – 17 years of age, and Pablo Salinas Jr, 18, all from Crookston.  One occupant was ejected from the vehicle, who was later treated and released from Riverview Health for non-life-threatening injuries.  This incident is an active investigation with no other information available at this time.
