The Crookston 8th grade boys basketball finished fifth place at the East Grand Forks Booster Tournament on Sunday.
The team started with two tough games, with losses to East Grand Forks and Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton, before ending the tournament with a 33-16 win over the East Grand Forks B’s. Coach Derek Martin told the team before the final game if they won he would send in the information, and the boys won!
The members of the team are Thomas McEndree, Evan Wagner, Jaxsen Caputo, Gavin Reitmeier, Jaspur Barstad, and Cam Martin.
The team is coached by Derek Martin and Aaron Reitmeier.
