CROOKSTON AND FERTILE PUBLIC LIBRARIES TO HOST ART EXPERIENCES FOR YOUTH ON JUNE 22 AND 23 WITH AUTHOR PHYLLIS ROOT

Children and their families are invited to explore the local prairie with a two-part event featuring an author visit by “Plant a Pocket of Prairie” author Phyllis Root and a plantable paper-making activity with staff from the Paper Plains Art Cart. Offered free of charge, the programs will be held at the Crookston Public Library on Wednesday, June 22, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and at the Agassiz Environmental Learning Center, 400 Summit Ave SW, Fertile, MN, on Thursday, June 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
