The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday, September 15, at 5:30 p.m. at the Crookston City Hall Council Chambers.
The consent agenda includes approving the City Council minutes from the September 2 meeting, approving bills and disbursements for $366,548.20, approving a special event permit for the University of Minnesota Crookston homecoming on October 4, and a resolution regarding a lawful gambling permit application to the Crookston Firefighters Association at Drafts Sports Bar and Grill. The agenda also includes the approval of Brian LaPlante and Joseph Shostell to the Crookston Economic and Development Authority.
The regular agenda includes accepting a $5,300 donation from Fit and Fin for repairs to the Crookston Community Pool.
The Crookston City Council will have a budget discussion meeting immediately following the City Council meeting. The budget discussion will include the fire and police.
