CROOKSTON CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET MONDAY NIGHT

Crookston City Council

The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.  The consent agenda includes approving the February 25 minutes; a resolution to approve City of Crookston bills and disbursements in the amount of $413,256.62 for check numbers 61155-61240; a resolution to approve farm lease between the City of Crookston and Daniel Cymbaluk; a resolution to appoint City Council members to committees. 

There will be two public hearings on Monday night.  The first is on the proposed project by RiverView Healthcare Association and the Issuance of Revenue Bonds.  The second is for the proposed TIF District 3-11, for the Fournet project. 

The regular agenda includes resolutions to, authorize and proved the issuance and sale of revenue bonds at the request of RiverView Healthcare Association and approving forms; adopt a modification to the Development Plan for municipal development district no. 3 and establishing Tax Increment Financing District No. 3-11 and adopting TIF plan; approve a development agreement and authorizing the execution of development agreement between the City of Crookston and Jeff Evers for TIF 3-11; authorize an Interfund Loan for advance of certain costs in connection with TIF 3-11; appoint Charles “Corky” Reynolds of law firm Reynolds, Harbott, Larson & Knutson as City Attorney.
