Interested in learning more about the City of Crookston? Mark your calendar and plan to stop out at Crookston Connected, Thursday, January 29th, 4:30-7 p.m. at the Crookston Inn and Convention Center.
The purpose for this event is to give residents of Crookston an opportunity, outside normal business hours, to meet with city staff in an informal setting and learn more about Crookston and key projects. The Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) and collaborating partners invite you to stop by, participate in discussions that connect our community while gaining an understanding about the community projects that involve all residents.
Projects and topics include but are not limited to the 2027 Highway 2 Corridor Reconstruction Project, Crookston’s Comprehensive Plan, and the Broadway Villa’s Twin Home Housing Project. Conversations with Crookston Mayor, Dale Stainbrook, and the rest of City Council, City Department Heads and City Boards. This is your opportunity to have one-on-one conversations about the topics, projects and initiatives that are important to you and the city of Crookston.
This is a community collaborative that relies on your input, meet up with your city leaders, Ward members, enjoy hors ‘d oeuvres, a cash bar and live music with the Tractor Beams performaing at 6:30 p.m.
