The Crookston Pirate Dance team competed in the Section Dance competition in Wadena on Saturday. The Pirates competed in both kick and jazz and finished ninth in Jazz and 11th in kick. “Our goal was top 10 for each category,” said Coach Grace Espinosa. “Jazz ended up 9th and kick ended up in 11th. We’re very happy with those results! A major jump up in the section from last season.”
The dance team completed the season with the section competition and they will have everybody returning next year.
