CROOKSTON GIRL’S BASKETBALL GAME AT HOME WITH BARNESVILLE THIS AFTERNOON IS POSTPONED

The Crookston Pirate Girl’s Basketball team surely remembers the Barnesville Trojans, the team that beat the Pirates 54-46 in the second round of the Section 8AA tournament that was played in Crookston!!! Barnesville also beat the Pirates in Crookston during the regular season 54-51 last year.  That will all have to wait, as this afternoons games has been postponed!!! No make up date has been set as of yet.

So, the Pirates who have been off for 10 days after winning the Fergus Falls Tournament with a nice one point win over Fergus Falls and handling Watertown-Mayer in the championship and they are now 6-2. Barnesville is 6-3 after beating East Grand Forks 53-28 on Thursday night. The Trojans lost to the North Dakota Class B top ranked team Kindred 70-61, lost to Perham 67-66 and lost to Class AAAA Waconia 73-66 in the Perham Tournament. Game time is 1:30 PM at the Crookston High School and the game will be VIDEO STREAMED LIVE on kroxam.com
