The Crookston Pirate Girls Basketball team hosts the undefeated Menahga Braves in a Section 8AA matchup at the Crookston High School gymnasium at 2:00 p.m. this afternoon. Crookston is 5-15 on the year. Menagha is 19-0.
FIRST HALF
Menahga scored the first basket of the game before Crookston’s Madi Bruggeman made two free throws to tie the game at 2-2. Menahga answered with a 10-0 run. The run started with an Alexis Davidson three-pointer followed by seven points from Dreah Christianson for a 12-2 lead.
