CROOKSTON HIGH SCHOOL SPEECH COMPETES IN BLACKDUCK

The Crookston Speech team competed in Blackduck last Saturday, with four students bringing home awards. 

Shayla Azure and Zac Plante competed together in duo interpretation and brought home 1st place.
Lily Olmstead finished fifth place in storytelling.
Jaden Newquist competed in drama, receiving 6th place.
Other students competing included Brandon Wandrie in original oratory, Ciaran Mulvey in prose, John Lisov in humor, and Ivan Luckow in discussion.

Crookston High School will be hosting the team’s last regular tournament of the season on Saturday, March 23, with subsections taking place in Glyndon on Tuesday, March 26.
