The Crookston Kiwanis Club honors students at Highland School each month. One student is chosen monthly by their teachers based on grades, citizenship and a positive attitude toward schoolwork and other students. The December students were Emma LaPlante, Morgyn Larson, Dakota Laughery, Avery Trudeau andMakoti Weber.
