CROOKSTON KIWANIS INSTALL NEW OFFICERS, RECEIVE PLAQUE HONORING PAST PRESIDENTS

The Kiwanis Pioneer 100’s Past Presidents presented the Crookston Kiwanis Club a plaque with nameplates for all of the clubs presidents over the past 41 years.  The Crookston Kiwanis Club charter was signed on June 21, 1979, and founded by Robert (Bob) Johnson.  One member, Odine Smulan, has been a Kiwanis since the charter was signed.

The plaque was presented during the installation of the club’s 2019-2020 officers.  New officers are President Cindy Braseth, Past President Rae French, Treasurer Shirley Iverson.  The Board of Directors is Dan Morlan, Odine Smulan, George French, and Secretary Susan Sylvester.

The plaque was made by Carl Melbye of “Melbye Trophies.”
