On Friday, April 19 at about 5:25 PM the Crookston Police Department responded to a report of a male walking near the Public Library not wearing any clothing. The person was located but refused to stop or comply with the officer’s orders. He was quickly arrested without incident but was obviously not aware of his situation as he was yelling comments that didn’t make any sense to the officers. Officers later identified him as Luke Anthony Honea, 49, who lives in the 100 block of South Broadway. This is where he exited an apartment building and was initially observed without clothing. Honea was transported to the Northwest Regional Corrections Center and charged with Indecent Exposure and Obstructing the Legal Process.
