The Crookston Planning Commission will have a special meeting Wednesday, November 18 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The meeting is for the committee to provide a recommendation on how to proceed with the disposal of land in the Downtown Square.
During the preparation to close on the sale of a portion of the Downtown Square for a licensed child care provider, it was discovered a portion of the land being sold is included in the City of Crookston’s lease of the Downtown Square from Resource Management LLP. The City must release the land to close the transaction.
