The Crookston Police Department responded to an accident on Tuesday, July 6 at 10:35 a.m. on East Robert Street and North Ash Street.
A 2009 Ford Econoline van, driven by Lars Pagel of Grand Rapids, a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze driven by a juvenile female of Crookston, and a parked and unoccupied 2019 Chevrolet Silverado were involved in the accident.
Pagel received a citation for failure to stop for a traffic control signal and the female juvenile in the Cruze was cited for driving without a valid license and was transported to RiverView Hospital via Crookston Area Ambulance.
