CROOKSTON POLICE RESPOND TO TWO ACCIDENTS MONDAY, ONE OVER WEEKEND

The Crookston Police Department responded to the report of an accident Monday at 3:38 p.m. on E. Fisher Ave.  The accident occurred between a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban, driven by Stefanie Boucher of Crookston, and a 2012 Chevrolet Cruz, driven by a juvenile female of Crookston.  There were no injuries, moderate damage to both vehicles and no citations issues.

At 5:44 p.m. the police responded to a report of a cross arm landing on a vehicle at W Robert St and Market St.  The cross arm struck a 2000 Buick Lesabre, driven by Salvador Castaneda of Crookston.  There were no injuries and no citations.  The windshield of the vehicle was broken and there was damage to the cross arm. 

The Crookston Police Department also responded to a call for a vehicle that struck the ditch on Fairfax Ave Sunday at 3:12 a.m. The vehicle, a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix, driven by Megan Sirjord of Gary, had moderate damage.  There were no injuries and no citations.
