The Crookston Public Library has partnered with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to offer free access to the state’s parks and recreation areas.
The Minnesota State Parks Library Program offers community members the opportunity to visit any state park or recreation area in Minnesota without paying an entrance fee. The pass provides access to parks around the state for seven days, and is now available at the Crookston Public Library with two passes available per week. Passes may be reserved up to seven days in advance by calling the library at 218-281-4522. The Crookston Public Library is located at 110 North Ash Street.
