Children and their caregivers will get the New Year’s Eve experience minus the late bedtime with activities at local libraries. The Crookston Public Library will host a Noon Year’s Eve party on Wednesday, December 31.
The program is offered free of charge and will include crafts, activities, and a balloon drop at noon. The Noon Year’s Eve programs at the Moorhead Public Library and the Crookston Public Library will begin at 11 a.m., The program is geared toward youth, but all ages are welcome to attend.
