Crookston Public Schools Superintendent Jeremy Olson announced this morning that Assistant Principal Matt Torgerson has been promoted to the role of High School Principal. The statement from Superintendent Olson is below.
Crookston Public Schools has promoted Assistant Principal Matt Torgerson to the High School Principal position. Mr. Torgerson has been the Crookston High School Assistant Principal for two years and prior to that was the Dean of Students. He has developed strong relationships with staff and students and will give Crookston High School consistent leadership. I have been impressed with Mr. Torgerson’s growth as an educational leader and am excited to see him work with the staff to continue the progress made at Crookston High School.
