Crookston Public Works has identified a second water main break in the neighborhood of Elm Street and Summit Avenue. Water is currently shut off in the area and public works is working quickly to address this water main break in addition to the water main break identified on Monday evening in the neighborhood of North Broadway, Stearns Street, and 4th Avenue North.
