The Crookston School Board will meet on Monday, May 19 at 5:00 p.m. at the Crookston High School Choir and Orchestra room. The meeting is a week earlier than usual because Monday, May 25 is Memorial Day.
The consent agenda includes the approval of the regular meeting on April 28 and special meeting minutes from May 7. The board will be asked to approve the bills, seniority list and to accept the following donations/grants: $2,500 from the Crookston United Way for the Summer Food Program, $2,067 from the Minnesota Masonic Charities fro the Clay Target Trapshooting team for clay targets, $300 from the Pirate Fine Arts Boosters for the Speech team state travel expenses, and $300 from the Norman County Soil and Water Conservation District for the Envirothon program.
The main agenda includes approval of the following summer programming: summer band, summer orchestra, and credit recovery summer school. The baord will be asked to approve an agreement with Jill Carlson as the School Psychologist, and the school district literacy plan.
The administration will wrap up the meeting with reports.
