KROX received an email from the Crookston Education Association Chief Negotiator Sara Geist that said the teachers union and the Crookston School district have reached a tentative agreement with the Crookston School District. The teachers will vote on July 17 and if they vote to approve the deal, the Crookston School Board will vote at their next meeting on July 22. The email from the CEA is below.
The School District’s negotiation team and the Crookston Education Association have reached a tentative agreement for the 2019-2021 contract. The agreement was reached through a collaborative effort by both parties. The teachers will take a ratification vote on July 17th.
