The Crookston Squirt A Hockey team had a great weekend as they won the Flow at the Falls tournament in Fergus Falls.
In pool play, Crookston beat Monticello 6-1, beat Dodge County 6-0, and lost to Greenway 7-1. Crookston had the most points in their pool and advanced to the championship.
In the championship, Crookston beat Austin 5-3. Scoring the goals for Crookston were Maclain Sullivan, Liam Holtman, Cason Sylvester, Odin Swenson, and Cohen Lien. Crookston’s goalie was Ryker Royal.
Members of the team are – Ruger Pokrzywinski, Cason Sylvester, Cohen Lien, Odin Swenson, Carter Gasper, Otto Hann, Jordy Reese, Corbin Donarski, Charles Fitzgerald, Liam Holtman, Ryker Royal, and Maclain Sullivan.
The team is coached by three Pirate Hockey alumni, Matt Hann, Nick Sylvester, and Cody Holtman.
