The United Way of Crookston is happy to announce the distribution of additional funds to some of its partner agencies and programs.
The United Way of Crookston was able to fund ice machine repair and a Wander Door alarm for the Benedictine Living Community/Villa St. Vincent. The Girl Scouts will be able to provide a robotics program, and Eat United will be providing bussing this summer. Tri Valley’s Energy Assistance will be able to purchase space heaters next winter, and Care and Share will be able to provide phones and data plans to help their residents get jobs and housing and get in touch with their families. The school district can start a Ride Along/Play Along transportation program for kids in extracurricular programs.
