The Crookston Wrestling Club is holding a FREE four-day introduction clinic for all Pre-K through 6th grade kids that are interested in learning more about wrestling and trying it out. Wrestling is one of the least expensive sports programs and has been proven to help kids gain an advantage in all other sports. Wrestling is not just a physical sport but also a mental sport. It helps develop muscle, stamina, mental toughness and confidence.
