CROOKSTON’S JUDE SEDDON A FINALIST IN NW MN FOUNDATION CONTEST

The Northwest Minnesota Foundation is holding the St. Paul Saints First Pitch Contest to showcase a youth who is championing community and demonstrating what it means to be a good neighbor.

The contest is down to three finalists, and one of them is Jude Sedden of Crookston. In the nomination form, it said-
Jude works tirelessly to raise money for our local humane society, Scruffy Tails, in Crookston. He has found garage sale-type items to sell at a vendor event and also organized a “Shamrocks for Pets” fundraiser. Jude also packed personal hygiene kits for students grades K-6; organized many items, and packed bags for babies and children for “A Bag of My Own” (a support project for child welfare in Polk County). Jude is helpful, empathetic, and kind. He also loves fishing, video games and is a fast runner.
