The Crookston Planning Commission will meet Tuesday, January 21 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. The agenda includes rezoning for Nature View Estates Plat 5. The change being considered would change current property zoned as Highway District (C-2), Farm Residence (FR), and Multi-Family (R-3) to 1- & 2-Family (R-2). The Planning Commission indicated at its December meeting that changing zoning to R-2 would be consistent with the Nature View Development.
