David A. Davidson – OBIT

David A. Davidson (8/30/1975 – 11/06/2025)

David passed away peacefully with his wife by his side Wednesday morning, November 6th.

While he will be sorely missed, his laughter and sense of humor remains etched into the memory of all those he’s left behind. Often inappropriate, nearly always hilarious, his jokes softened everyone around him. His ability to find a corner in anyone’s life and make it his own meant that once you knew David, he would be a part of your life forever.

David’s first love was his family.  His son, Jacob and his wife, Nuna, were always on his mind first and foremost, always ready to share the newest exploits and moments that one never forgets.  His nieces and nephew knew David more than as an uncle.  They knew him as “UD”… The uncle that always abided.  The uncle that brought ice cream and treats, pizza on weekends and steaks for the adults.  Uncle Dave provided even when he didn’t have to.

David’s other passion was sports but specifically the Vikings.  His passion for the team knew no bounds often detailing the draft pick, the 3rd string quarterback or the defensive end that would FINALLY secure that single defining win at the end of the year.  He is still waiting…as we all are.

David touched the lives of many.  Mothers and Fathers, brothers and sisters, uncles and aunts, wives, sons and daughters, nieces and nephews, friends, life partners, co-workers and neighbors…too many to name here but if you are reading this know that you also took a corner in his life, and made it your own for all of his.

In lieu of flowers/cards a donation can be made to your local food shelf.   A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
