How better to celebrate your birthday at work than with cake and being named the Employee of the Month?! That’s just how Dawn Goulet, nursing assistant in Adult Day Services/Home Care, celebrated her birthday June 13th as she was surprised with the news that she is RiverView’s Employee of the Month for June.
Goulet has a long history with RiverView going back to her start at 18 years old when she began working in the Care Center. After three years there, she transferred to Nimens Assisted Living where she worked for 10 years until services were discontinued. After a two-year layoff, she came back in 2015 and began in the position she holds today.
A Crookston High School graduate, Goulet resides in Crookston. She has three children: Alyssa (16), Destiny (13), and Isaias (10). Her hobbies include watching her children play basketball and volleyball, snowmobiling and spending time with family. “I am very appreciative to have such an amazing work family and to be a part of such a wonderful place to work!’’
