Diana Padilla is on a roll at RiverView Health. Not only was she recently promoted to Purchasing/Inventory Agent Coordinator in the Supply Chain Department, but she was also named the 2022 Employee of the Year.
Betty Arvidson, CFO, presented Diana the award and a check for $1,000 recently, saying, “I’m so proud of you for who you are in our organization. I want to thank you, also, for always representing our Standards of Behavior. You could have written the book…I know this organization is so grateful to have you in our employment as a friend and a coworker.’’

Nearly eight years ago, Diana started at RiverView as an aide in the Environmental Services Department. She moved to the Supply Chain Department to work as a tech in 2017 and was recently named the Purchasing/Inventory Agent Coordinator.
A native of Chicago, IL, Diana, and her family live in Beltrami. She and her husband, Miguel, have been together for 29 years. Miguel is the Shipping/Receiving/Hazardous Materials coordinator at RiverView. They have two sons, Miguel Jr. (26), a registered volunteer at RiverView, and Jacob (24). Diana counts her spiritual family from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Crookston and around the world as part of her “humongous” family.
Diana also thinks of her coworkers as family.
“First of all, I want to thank the one who deserves all the honor, Jehovah God. I want to thank everybody at RiverView, all my team members,’’ she stated. “I don’t really feel like you’re my team members; I feel like we’re a big happy family here at RiverView…I feel humble and honored to receive this award. I could not have done it without any of my coworkers, my family, and my RiverView family.’’
