EGF AND GF WOMAN CHARGED WITH TRESPASSING AND DRUG POSESSION IN RED LAKE COUNTY, EGF MAN CHARGED WITH TRESPASSING

On the afternoon of March 25, a Red Lake County deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle they observed parked in a vacant farmyard in Gervais Township northeast of Red Lake Falls. The deputy discovered three adults and one small child were at that location.
One of the adults was a male, Wayde Richard Stallmo (55 of East Grand Forks). The other two were females, Melissa Marie Pederson (40 of East Grand Forks) and Madison Lynn Bouvette (22 of Grand Forks).
All of the individuals admitted they did not know the property owner, nor did they have permission to be at that property. When the parties were searched, marijuana was found in possession of both females, but it did not appear that anything had been stolen or disturbed at the farmyard.
Stallmo was cited for misdemeanor trespassing. Pederson was cited for misdemeanor trespassing, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bouvette was cited for trespassing and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
All three parties were allowed to leave the scene, and they were told not to return without the owner’s permission. According to the Red Lake County Sheriff’s report, “It was apparent that more serious crimes were likely prevented by the deputy’s keen observations that afternoon.”
