Crookston Public Works continues to work on the emergency sanitary sewer repair on N. Front St. between Grant St. and Sheridan St.
Due to stabilization concerns and more extensive sewer damage than originally anticipated, crews completed the excavation and preparation work on Monday, with the damaged sewer pipe being replaced today, Tuesday, August 25.
Affected residents are asked to continue avoiding water and sanitary sewer use until the repair is complete and Public Works gives the all-clear.
City staff apologize for the extended inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation while our crews work to complete the repair safely.
