Crookston High School alum Emma Osborn, a freshman at Northland Community & Technical College, has been named the MCAC North Division Women’s Basketball Athlete of the Week for the second time this season.
In 26 minutes of action, Osborn scored 23 points on 9 for 16 shooting (56.2%), hitting five 3-pointers and picking up 7 rebounds in the Pioneers win over Minnesota North – Mesabi Range.
Osborne has played in 15 games while averaging 17.1 points per game this season and is 62 of 174 on three-point attempts on the season.
