FISHER’S LANDING DAY WILL BE SATURDAY, JUNE 29

Fisher’s Landing Days is this weekend, Saturday, June 29. Events will take place throughout the day. 38 sponsors helped put on the event, which is free to the public, with a few exceptions.

Fisher’s Landing Day has some history over the years. “Fisher’s Landing Day used to be Sugar Beet Day back in the day. That was previously back in the 80’s, a long time ago. They went on hiatus for a while, and then it transformed into what is called Fisher Landing Day,” said Fisher’s Landing Day board member Mike Theis. “That event probably went on for eight-plus years until Covid came along and shut everything down. Now, we are restarting it again, hopefully as big as before. It used to be a fairly large event, and we are hoping to get that running again, celebrate the community, and have fun as a community. It’s not just the Fisher community, it’s everybody. We want everybody in Crookston to come on over, partake, and have fun.”

Once again, Fisher’s Landing Day will be on Saturday, June 29, with many festivities running throughout the day as you can see by the schedule below.
