On December 27, Polk County Deputies located a vehicle off the roadway near the intersection of Fairfax Avenue and Highway 2 in Crookston. The vehicle was found to be reported stolen out of Stearns County, Minnesota. 
The four juvenile occupants of the vehicle were arrested and placed at the Red River Valley Juvenile Center. The investigation is on-going and there are no additional details at the time. Crookston Police Department assisted with this call.
