Crookston High School’s Katherine Geist, a junior, cruised to another meet victory when she won the East Grand Forks Cross Country meet by 72 seconds in a meet run at Valley Golf Course in East Grand Forks.
Katherine won the meet with a time of 19:11, which was 72 seconds better than the runner-up, Cadence Christie of St. Mary’s Academy.
Crookston’s Emily Gillette finished 35th place with a time of 25:58.
