GOLDEN LINK TO HAVE IRISH MUSIC FOR ST. PATRICK’S DINNER SPONSORED BY CROOKSTON COMMUNITY THEATER

The Crookston Community Theater is sponsoring the Golden Link’s St Patrick’s Day Celebration. Tamara Bertram will be playing Irish music at the Golden Link Senior Center on Wednesday, March 18 at 5:30 pm. Tamara is a musician, music educator, and PhD student who has a wealth of experience teaching and performing violin and viola in various groups both locally and overseas. She received her Master of Music degree from the University of North Dakota in 2016 under the instruction of Dr. Alejandro Drago, and a Bachelor of Music Performance degree from the ‘Conservatorio di Musica “G. Verdi” di Milano’, Italy. Before undertaking graduate studies, and during her visits to Sydney from 2010 to 2016, Tamara performed in opera, orchestral and musical theatre productions. She currently performs with the Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra, Bemidji Symphony Orchestra and the UND String Quartet.
