On Monday, March 23, 2020, Governor Tim Walz will participate in the daily Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) media briefing to provide an update on Minnesota’s response to COVID-19.
Also joining Governor Walz will be Department of Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm; Department of Employment and Economic Development Commissioner Steve Grove; Homeland Security and Emergency Management Director Joe Kelly; and Infectious Disease Division Director Kris Ehresmann. The briefing can be heard LIVE on KROX at 2:00 pm.
Governor Walz has postponed his state of the state address that was scheduled for Monday, March 23 at 7:00 p.m. A new State of the State address hasn’t been released and probably won’t be until after the COVID-19 pandemic is over.
