Two arrests have been made in this case. Both individuals pictured in the earlier release were identified, arrested, and are currently in custody. Both were charged with Robbery (B Felony), Terrorizing (C Felony), and Theft (B Misdemeanor). The subjects are Valentin Mendoza, 18 yoa, East Grand Forks, MN and Raymond Ahlgrim, 18 yoa, East Grand Forks, MN.
A citizen tip led GFPD detectives to begin investigating these two individuals and they were ultimately taken into custody without incident. The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Grand Forks Police Department by one of the following methods:

ORIGINAL RELEASE
On Monday, September 30 at 11:47 p.m. Grand Forks Police Officers were dispatched to an alarm report at Loaf and Jug on University Ave. Upon arrival it was learned that two unknown males displayed a handgun and took money out of the cash register.
There were no injuries. The area was searched on foot, vehicle, and with a K9. The suspects were not located at this time.
UND PD assisted GFPD with the call. Investigations unit was called out.
