Grand Forks Road Crews will begin the reconstruction project on 4th Ave. S. from Cottonwood St. to Walnut St. on Monday, June 13, 2022.
This project will result in 4th Ave. S. being closed during the project. Detour signs will be posted.
4th Ave. S is expected to be closed for reconstruction until mid-August, weather permitting.
