GRAND FORKS TO HAVE ROAD CLOSURE STARTING ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 14

Grand Forks will have a road closure on 47th Ave. S. It will be closed to through traffic at the S. Washington St. intersection starting in the evening on Thursday, September 14, 2023.  Crews need to repair the traffic signals at the intersection, which will result in the traffic signals coming down for a short period.

Traffic in S. Washington will be down to one lane in each direction at that intersection but can travel through the intersection.  There will be no access to 47th Ave. S. for both north and south bound traffic on S. Washington St.

The repairs to the traffic signals will be complete in 2 weeks.
