Grand Forks Road Crews will be closing North 4th Street from University Ave. to 2nd Ave. N. starting tomorrow, Wednesday, August 10, 2022.
This section will be closed to through traffic to accommodate utility hookups in the construction area. The sidewalk in front of City Hall will remain open.
