Owner of Grove Mechanical in Crookston, Ryan St. Michel, attended the annual Lennox Live conference in Nashville, Tennessee, last week, where his company was ultimately recognized as a 25-year Lennox dealer but also awarded with the Dave Lennox Signature Dealer Sales award for the first time company history.
“The Dave Lennox award is for our district, which includes Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Michigan,” said Grove Mechanical owner Ryan St. Michel, “This recognizes the top dealers for their signature equipment, which is top-of-the-line equipment for Dave Lennox equipment.”
The criteria for the award are based on the percentage of sales in each district, the number of total sales received throughout the year, and then the top percentage of Dave Lennox Signature equipment. St. Michel commented that their air source heat pump sales were a big reason that they were able to receive their recognition. “This is exciting,” said St. Michel, “Especially for our team, we were excited to receive the award and for our everyday customers. A lot of this is our air source heat pump sales. We’ve been doing air-source heat pumps for 45 years, so they’re not new to us but are for others. Our guys do great with them.”
St. Michel spoke in high praise regarding his field technicians and their ability to produce quality products. He also expressed his gratitude for his team and the outstanding job they did throughout 2023. “We definitely would like to thank our team,” said St. Michel, “Our field technicians, our office staff, our amazing customers and families. They’ve all made this possible for us.”
