Hardware Hank in Crookston will be converting into an Ace Hardware store officially by October 16.
Hardware Hank in Crookston has been open for business since 1990. When catching up with the store owner of Hardware Hank in Crookston, Brandon Buckalew, he believes that Ace will ultimately be a better fit for the community. “We’ve paid attention to what some of the trends are, and what communities need and why,” said Buckalew, “We found Ace is a better fit than Hardware Hank has been for quite a while.”
Ace Hardware tends to carry bigger and more popular brands in the store. The online shopping options are up to date, and they handle promotions on a larger scale. “Online at Acehardware.com, it is very easy to use; it ties into your rewards,” said Buckalew, “I think people will be able to use it well, and the community will enjoy being able to order online and have pickups ready at the store.”
Ace Hardware will carry Popular products in Crookston are Ego electric snow blowers and lawnmowers, Craftsmen line products, Yeti products, and more Traeger grill options.
Hardware Hank will be converted into Ace Hardware as of October 16. However, the official Ace Hardware signage will not be installed until early November. The store will be remodeled in the middle of February in 2024, which will take two to six weeks.
The Ace Hardware grand opening is set to take place in the Spring of 2024.
