HUGO’S FAMILY MARKETPLACE ALONG WITH CUSTOMERS RAISE $900 FOR POLK COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY

A little over a month ago Hugo’s Family Marketplace in Crookston along with customers ran a scan campaign at the tills. Together the store and customers raised $900 that was donated to the Humane Society of Polk County. Store Director Nick Nelson stated “It was really nice to see how much the customers of Hugo’s care and support such a great place like the Polk County Humane Society. Their generosity will go a long way in supporting the local animals that are in need. I would really like to thank everyone who donated. We have such a great community.”

The scan campaign is held at the tills where the customers can donate anywhere from $1 to $5, and Hugo’s will match a portion of the donations. There will be a few more scan campaigns at the store sometime this fall to help other organizations throughout Crookston and Polk County that are in need during the holiday season.
