Due to the rain in Crookston on Friday, all Downtown Square activities were moved to the Crookston Sports Center. That included the Beach Bash with the “Island Time” steel drum band and the great Minneschlagen Schlebrity Schlagfest charity event.
People got to watch the band play live music, get Hawaiian Shaved Ice, and there was a designated area just for kids to play games and enjoy bounce houses.
KROX and the Crookston Times were each awarded a personalized Minneschlagen Kit as a thank you from the Crookston Ox Cart Days Committee for being platinum sponsors.
There was also beer tasting, Bean bag toss, and much more. Below are pictures from the evening.
