KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS SERVE UP 200 MEALS TO BENEDICTINE RESIDENTS & STAFF

The Benedictine Living Community of Crookston residents, tenants, and staff had a great meal on Wednesday night, thanks to the Knights of Columbus. A thank you from the Benedictine staff is below-

A special thank you to the Knights of Columbus, who served over 200 delicious fish fry filets for all of our residents, tenants, and staff last night! Benedictine Living Community-Crookston looks forward to this annual tradition which happens to be the KC’s longest-running service project in town.  The cookout started over 60 years ago with burgers and hotdogs evolving into the fish fry we all know and love today.

Paul Dubuque, Neal Plante, Mayor Dale Stainbrook, John Regan, and Jim Sullivan of the KOC
