LOCAL CHURCHES BEING ASKED TO PARTICIPATE IN ‘FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN’ CAMPAIGN MARCH 25-26

Churches in the KROX listening area are being invited to participate in the ‘Feed My Starving Children’ campaign to pack 282,000 meals on March 25-26. In the Minnkota building located in Grand Forks. All meals pack will be shipped to help children in need in Third World Countries.

According to Co-Chair Jodie Storhaug of Grand Forks, ingredients for the meals will cost $65,000, and they are still short $32,000 with the packing just a couple of weeks away.

‘Feed My Starving Children’ is a Christian interdenominational organization that includes Protestant and Catholic Churches. In the past, meals packed in the Grand Forks region have gone to Haiti, Honduras, the Philippine Islands, Jamaica, Namibia, and Sierra Leone. Meals will be sent where the need is the greatest.
