The railroad crossing arms on Highway 2 are malfunctioning in the down position causing delays on the north end of the Crookston. The Crookston Police Department said they first received a call about the malfunction around 9:00 a.m. and requests have been placed to the railroad to get them repaired. Many drivers are attempting to turn around, some through the median. A Jefferson Lines bus was one of the vehicles the tried to turn around in the median and was not able to clear the median as the back end got hung up on the approach.
