The Crookston Police Department collected 657 pounds of nonperishable food and personal care products during the final week of the Scouting for Food Community Food Drive to win the contest against the Crookston Fire Department.
The Crookston Police Department collected a total of 739 pounds, while the Fire Department collected 532 pounds for a grand total of 1,271 pounds of food and personal care products. The Crookston Police Department wins a dinner prepared and served by Boy Scout Troop 41 and Cub Scout Troup 44.
